Where is the magic lab?

There is a quest in Castalot that will ask you to explore the magic lab.  You'll have to defeat something in that area.  The question is, where in the world is the magic lab?

Well first click explore.  Now move your eyes to the top left hand corner of your screen.  See what looks like a walled in city?  The magic lab is towards there.  Let me show you a screenshot so you can see exactly where I mean.
