Where can I get level 60 boots?

Question:  I've had the same boots since level 40.  Where in the world can I get some better boots now that I'm level 60?

Answer:  In the deep forest!  You are looking for the Vanguard Head.  I'll post a screenshot so you'll know exactly where to go to farm him for his precious boots.  He also offers a level 60 purple belt and some leggings.  Good luck!!
